Clean jewelry regularly with mild soap and water. You can also use a jewelry polishing cloth to help remove dirt and grime.
Avoiding these instructions could result in gold filled or sterling silver jewelry tarnishing overtime.
Avoid harsh chemicals like bleach or chlorine. These chemicals can damage the metal and make your bracelet look dull.
Lotions, perfume, medications and other chemical products can react with jewelry metals when it is hot and you sweat. Even PH levels and acidic sweat can cause skin discoloration to happen. (Low iron deficiency and pregnancy can cause more acidic PH levels.)
If you get a dark ring on your skin under your jewelry, I encourage you to try thoroughly cleaning it to ensure it is not tarnishing.
If you need to take it off at any point, please cut at the jump ring and not at the chain link. Per our policy, save your bracelet to have it re-attached with your warranty. Check full policy here to ensure it applies.
