To show customers of Twinn Flame Jewels LLC our appreciation, we offer a life-time warranty for re-welding service upon ACCIDENTAL breakage AT THE JUMP RING. You MUST provide the original piece of jewelry for this warranty to apply. If it was lost or stolen, you must repurchase a new jewelry piece. We are not responsible for replacing lost jewelry or broken jewelry.
If the jewelry piece is ripped off at the chain and not the jump ring, customers may get a re-weld with a second jump ring. There is also an option to add a clasp, charm, or connector for the corresponding amount on the price list.
Jewelry can break and/or stretch if pulled or caught. It is permanent, not indestructible.It can also be easily removed. Purchasing from TFJ means you understand this.
You must take proper care of the jewelry for long-term wear. TFJ is not responsible for replacement or refunds in the case of tarnishing due to lack of care.
Twinn Flame Jewels LLC is not responsible for replacing lost or stolen jewelry. You must have the previously purchased jewelry present to re-weld. No chain = no re-weld.
